I Hope everyone has a safe and fun 4 day weekend. For extra credit, wherever you go, try to listen for music. If you can convince your parents to stop and listen to street musicians or performers, hotel, or park musicians even for a few minutes, it can help you. If you do happen to see or hear musicians, and you write one paragraph about it, I will give you extra credit. It will boost your grade or erase an X from your name when you forget an instrument.
Some ideas to write about:
1. How many musicians?
2. what style of music are they playing?
3. What kind of instruments are they playing?
4. How does it make you feel? (good/bad/angry/sad etc)
